I recently purchased my first home and used Paul Crowley & co to help with this process and i cant recommend them highly enough, they made the whole process simple and easy and were always at the end of the phone or quick to reply to my endless questions via email. My solicitor at the firm Jenna Gall was extremely efficient and totally took the stress out of the whole process she made me feel at ease from the outset. I would definitely use Paul Crowley & co again if needed.

Never informed me about any stage of my claim. The other person claimed liability straight away but it still took them 2 years to get a claim. after receiving my offer they kept hold of the cheque, told me three times on three separate occasions that it was sent out then changed their minds and said it wasn't. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! To this day i still haven't received my cheque

Used Paul Crowley & co in regards to the sale and purchase of a new property, throughout the whole process they were reliable, approachable and kept us up to date on everything we needed to know. We dealt with Jenna Gall who was such a breath of fresh air after using other companies in the past. She would always get back to us as promised and nothing was too much for her to do she made the whole process so much easier. As we had delays in our house purchase (due to 3rd parties) I expected this level of service to become strained however I must admit at no point did Jenna become demanding or change her high level of service she was always professional and very understanding and in the end she resolved everything in order for the property to complete. Thanks again for the service I would highly recommend to anyone and will certainly be using them again should I need to.

Firstly was to purchase a house with my partner, we were first time buyers and found the whole process daunting, Paul Crowley were fantastic and explained each stage of our house buying process in detail making our experience less overwhelming and not as stressful as experiences other friends have had when purchasing their properties. As a result of the service I received I used Paul Crowley & Co again when I was involved in a car accident. Again the service I received was great, I was kept up to date at every stage of my claim and got a lot more compensation than what I had anticipated. My crash was a traumatic experience but the aftercare was handled with great care and professionalism. I will use them again for anything else I may require in the future.
