Really upset, we viewed a housed on sunday, we looked in the loft and saw there was a hole in the roof. We said we would like to put in an offer but it would be dependant on what a roofer said. The person showing the house took pics and said they would speak to the office. I called the office Tuesday, told a different branch is dealing with it but they have their own roofers who could have a look. I said that was fine. Phoned the other branch Thurs or Fri, they didn't have a clue. They called the the branch that I had called on Tues, and rang me back to say their roofer didn't have time to go, and that they would get another roofer and call me back with the details. Waited a couple of days (minus w/e) heard nothing, then i see that its been sold subject to contract. I'm not happy with the service or lack of communication from hunters.

During 2021 I sold and bought a property through hunters. It was an extremely stressful time due to being accidentally caught in a chain through no fault on my own or hunters. The staff at hunters were exceptional! They chased any queries i had with the upmost urgency and communicated with me every step on the way. They made this extremely stressful time just that little bit easier

From the moment we instructed Mark & Hunters to sell our home for us we knew we were in good hands . Mark helped us sell our previous property , so we knew how he worked . Mark knows the area very well , if not better than anyone else and his valuations are accurate. Our home was priced to sell , the photos enhanced our property showing all its amazing original features. The walk round tour gave our buyers the opportunity to get a good look around and measure their furniture fitted before viewing in person . Our house sold the same day through the great work of the staff in the Wallasey office . Amy and Karen were great in assisting us with the purchase of our new home also , offering help and great communication between everyone in the chain . Cannot fault them and would recommend them if you are looking to sell or purchase your new home .

They have been in contact with me at every step and are always so quick to get back to me, I really have felt so supported by them through the buying process. They have made the process so much easier with how knowledgeable, friendly and helpful they have been. I cannot rate them highly enough and cannot thank them enough! Huge thank you to Amy, Georgia and Karen who have always got back to me so quickly even on weekends and bank holidays. They really do go above and beyond.
