Didn't bother to show up to the property I was going to view, and didn't have the basic good manners to let me know or apologize. If they're that ignorant before they take your money, I dread to think what they're like once they have it.

There only interested in the money... Avoid at all costs... They don’t care about there tenants, or the state-of there property’s, they will quite happily ignore you...6weeks to bleed radiators freezing what a joke, seems to be a hell of a lot of 5star reviews from people that have only reviewed here so make up your own mind Too little to late... come across all nicely in public.. threatening legal action behind closed doors.

I've not even been in the property for a month yet and there are continuous issues with it. Luke has been good at sorting some of the issues out but i've had to take a lot of time off work to be in the property for repairs and deliveries that should have been sorted before I moved in.

Just finished my tenancy with Housepoint and only have good things to say. They helped me from move in, dealing with repairs quickly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Happy to recommend onwards. Special thank you to Keeley!
