I used to rent my house out through Belvoir who were great at managing the property i ended up selling through their sales division, we had Clive as our sales rep who was great at up to date with all the advertising modern 360 house walk through set up for potential clients to look over. We had viewings immediately 3-4 a week up until we got an offer for the full asking price which i can only put down to Clive's sales and marketing experience.

We have used Belwvior, Wirral, to manage our four properties in the area for over twelve years. Throughout this time, they have been consistently professional and efficient in all their dealings on our behalf. Their communication is first class and they can be relied upon for complete honesty and integrity. We live at some distance from the properties but we have always been comforted that we could rely on them to manage them properly. Meanwhile, we feel our tenants can be confident too that their representation will be passed onto us and acted upon. We could not recommend them any higher.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! My property had been on the market with Purple Bricks since April 2017 and had sold twice and fallen through twice so I took it off the market for a month and switched to Belvoir in March 2019. They did an amazing 3D walk around video plus a ‘dolls house’ view of my house in Bennetts Hill, Oxton. I had six viewings within a couple of weeks and an offer that I declined and during April I had 3 more viewings and sale agreed in early May! Completed at the end of July! Absolutely fantastic! Great people to deal with and they keep you informed at every step and of course they can sell!

I don't usually write reviews, but just thought I'd acknowledge the service provided by Belvior Wirral re advertising the property and finding a tenant. The service provided by Steve and his team is second to non. This isn't the first time I've worked with them, and I find them to be thorough, efficient and and fast - you can't ask for more. They're good at keeping in touch and making sure you're 'in the loop' throughout the process. A great professional service.

Not atall helpful

As a property professional myself I am not easily impressed, but right from the outset Steve and his team, from the person who answered the phone, right to the top, were efficient, friendly and above all totally professional. Out of all the properties I own, the management of this one and hence the peaceful and efficient relationship I have with the tenant is among the best. Belvoir know their market and how to look after property properly.
