Landlords Avoid at all cost. The girls who answer the phones are very rude. Obviously they are more interested in doing their makeup than help any of their tenants. Nothing gets done when you report something. I will never get a property with these scum ever again. Nothing but stress with J&D Estates.

Couldn't recommend J&D enough. They made finding a house so easy with no stress at all. The girls are amazing, so quick and were more than happy to help with all of my needs and questions. They guided me through the whole process and checked in with me after I had moved in to make sure I was comfortable and settled.

Whatever you do, do not use this company They are nothing short of crooks, jay promises the world and delivers nothing , he won’t share his mobile number and when he phoned it’s on a private number They lie on a constant basis , if you ignore this review and use this company you will regret it Suprising that in this age that companies like this still exist Ignore any positive reviews, I guarantee they are false You have been warned

moved into a house off J&D, the girl was dead nice and it was dead easy to go through the paperwork and get moved in quick. only thing is getting housing sorted its a little bit slow because the housing never answer emails or calls. got sorted in the end and the girl has checked up on me.

Been a tenant with JD for several years in 2 properties no problems. Any repairs reported workman arranged to come and repair. Also when switching over to universal credit so changes to my rent payments i notified them they were understanding and helpful. All girls in office are lovely and helpful also John and Jay. They give everybody a chance of a property and do not judge or discriminate people on DSS. Polite and proffessional, ignore bad reviews as some people are disrespectful to staff. I dont beleive for a minute any of the staff are rude. They have always been helpful in any way they can be whenever i had any issues and moving from 1 property to the next was a smooth process no probs at all. I can see myself being a longterm tenant with them.

Absolute joke of a firm, office staff lazy and rude. Constant repairs needed. Never fixed properly. Do not put deposit in holding account. THIS IS ILLEGAL. Would not recommend to anyone. Bad bad firm. Couldn’t do 0 star

Just called to enquire about a property. First question: are you able to provide a guarantor? I am afraid not. Then I cannot book you in. Goodbye. Did not even let me finish my next sentence.

LANDLORDS do not use (read all the comments) a very unprofessional company, as you can see from other comments, its hard to speak to someone relevent about your property, when i told them i was thinking of leaving sarah stopped replying to m for over a week. the tenant reported a problem (during my contract) and she refused to deal with the issue or give me the tenants details, i just called again to speak and NO ONE IS IN THE OFFICE, both directors on annual leave and sarah is off today. the most pathetic organization i have ever had to deal with, i advice all landlords to read this before doing business with them

No option for 0 rating Tenants & Landlords be warned. DO NOT USE. Rarely answer the phone and never conduct repairs. Quick enough to increase the rent. Left a young family with no electricity due to major flood from roof. 5 children at the property, one disabled dependant on medical equipment that could not be charged, placing them in danger. Still waiting. Absolute disgrace.
