Rooms4u – Student Accommodation liverpool

Four friends and I Rented a property on Gambier Terrace for the year. The landlord was great and the maintenance team were brilliant and friendly. I would highly recommend Rooms4u to any of my friends or family in the future.

I cannot recommend Rooms4u enough. Always reply within good time and carry out works in a timely manner. Genuinely above the rest when it comes to student lettings in Liverpool. Never had a bad experience with them to date. Karl once chased up an overpayment that went to the agents that managed the house before them. Great.

Rooms4u staff are so helpful and friendly staff who are always happy to help out. Especially Adam who helped us on several occasions!! Maintenance problems are easy to report and were resolved really quickly if not same day even throughout covid period! Best landlords of any student accommodation I experienced would highly recommend!

I am very happy with the level of communication and care given from the Rooms4U team. The maintaince team have been amazing with fixing any problems reported within 24hours! Especially a big thanks to Alan for sorting out furniture problems and bringing new furniture in the next day and being very kind and helpful ! As well as the landlord responding very quick and being very helpful with any issues.

I've used Rooms4u for my last two years of university and I can honestly say they're great at what they do. Everything went smoothly and any issues that did arise were quickly sorted by their friendly team in the office. I'm thinking of doing a masters next year and if so, I'll 100% be using these guys for accommodation!

All my questions were responded immediately without any delays. I had two times issues related with my bathroom which was solved immediately the next day by their mentanance team.
