They were all very kind and friendly. The issue was that it took 4 attempts to see the flat I wanted to see (3 of which were virtual viewings) due to BlueRow not having the keys, not having let the tenants know, not having sufficient charge on their phone and such. The more expensive flat, which I made clear I was not interested in, was however always available to be seen. Again, genuinely very friendly though.

Bluerow really understand the Liverpool property market, both for lettings and sales. They let our flat within one day and the tenants stayed for over 5 years, so when we came to sell we had no hesitation in deciding to use Bluerow, who made the whole process very straightforward and hassle free. I've just recommended you to someone else who is trying to sell a property. Many thanks for all your help.
