Great experience with Berry Street today. I'm a new driver with Sefton, I turned up without an appointment, just for advice about getting my vehicle plated. The ladies on the desk gave me lots of useful advice and got my car through the test within a half hour. Reasonable price for admin fee and handling documents to save the hassle and got a coffee whilst I waited! A great first impression and I will be back when my vehicle needs a new test! Cheers :)

Had an MOT, service, and brake shoes replaced. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sent me videos on WhatsApp throughout the day explaining what they needed to do to fix my car. Excellent communication.
