Absolute disgrace every time you phone does not matter if it is first thing in the morning or last thing at night they are always very busy and you have to listen to a recorded message for two minutes or more only for the voice to say we are busy good bye and then put the phone down on you. you then have to phone back and go though the hole rigmarole again
