The constitutional head quarters of Wirral Council. All Council meetings are held here and most are open to the public. Several departments are based here and the North and South Annexe nearby. A One Stop Shop is based here to deal with your enquiries. It's also a popular wedding venue / registry office.

FOR SALE ,a very rare opportunity to buy an old building known as a town hall, odd name because wallasey isn't a town. Birkenhead is a town, for sale is two old buildings ready for modern office units, wallasey hall overlooking the river mersey with stunning views of the river, situated by a main road and local shops. The building in wallasey is ideal for making into a hotel, perhaps modern flats or modern office units. Has a very clean car park at left of building, to the right is a car park that I'm obliged to say hasn't been looked after for twenty odd years. However the other side is for the wealthy council elite, you can have this pristine car park as part of the sale. All offers to central government please for one or two buildings.
