I tried to buy a power bank for my phone. The guy promptly with confidence told me they don't come with wires and I'd have to buy one seperatly. This didnt sound right and both employees searched for one that did but to no avail. Since I don't have £20 to spend on a wire alone (ripoff!) but desperately needed phone charge I spent 30 minutes and £10 On a finding a cable. I returned for the power bank and was cheerfully told by the lady whod been looking earlier that they come with cables.... sure enough they did. When I confronted the other guy he treated me awfully and made a million and one excuses saying he knew they came with them but they didn't always work. I asked why not just return it if it didn't work. He told me to my face that they won't return opened faulty products..... Im 23 not 6. They then told me to go return the working sainsburys wire if I was upset. Do not fall for their scam. Terrible staff in when I went. Appalled by their deliberate lying to try sell a bit more stuff. Terrible!!!

I understand that these stores in railways stations, airports and so.on charge a bit more for items. But it is disgusting the prices they charge some things I wanted where three times the amount more expensive than in a shop. Wont be going again and will use the shops just outside the station
