Service was good even though I entered at a busy time.

We go in 3 times for one set of tablets, ,now they are charging for delivery, something has gone wrong along the line , but they are good, that you cannot take away from them

I just wanted to thank publicly the staff on the till Saturday 4Dec I absent mindedly left my bank card at the checkout...and a customer who also I would like to thank she thought the card was hers and paid for her items by mistake..as soon as she realised the error the customer informed the staff member who then rectified the mistake and reimbursd my debit card.... Can I just say I didn't even realise I had left my card at the checkout ..so once again a massive big thankyou to all concerned and safely returned my debit card Well done Boots Church Street

Excellent service in a safe environment. Seems to be capacity controlled. Automatic doors don't open when number of shoppers inside reaches the set limit.

Served by the most miserable unprofessional shop assistant in this boots at 08.10.2021 14:39 on my receipt it says served by Adam but it was a dark haired small female, if her name is Adam then ok. No greet, asking for another customer whilst im still standing there putting my debit card back into my purse. Then she serves another person and another female blonde/light brunette till assistant comes on and they are talking and laughing at eachother! The customer walks off and is checking her receipt and says to me 'I best check she hasnt made a mistake because she didnt seem like she was paying any attention to me' Awful. A performance follow up meeting is essential for the shop assistants in my opinion. I will not use that Boots store again. 0/5 stars for customer service.
