Nice shop but when it gets busy forget it as you cannot move. Didn't seem to have any particular layout though as bits where everywhere. No Star Wars bits to speak of not Winnie the Pooh. Lots of items on same but again all over the place. They definitely need to get some planagrams done and have a rethink of how they want the shipping experience to be because add it is you can take it or leave it

Full of irritating parents. Loads of them. Staff are nice but get on your wick a bit. Like lush staffs but no bath bombs.

Always a pleasure to shop although I hardly ever buy anything. Always neat and tidy even on a busy day. The staff are always friendly, polite and helpful.

One of the best UK Disney stores I've ever visited. Found the staff so helpful and had great knowledge of their products. The store is spotless and well presented with a great selection of character and show based merchandise. I asked the staff a few questions about certain products and I received accurate and useful answers in exchange. Very passionate about their roles and a credit to Disney. Would visit again, five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Went for our very final ever visit on Saturday. Absolutely devastated. Our fave place to visit every time we are in town . The staff in here have always been amazing over the years. Very sad that they are closing .

Amazing range of items for kids and fans of Disney. Prices vary from very expensive for some things to a few pounds for something smaller. Staff as always are friendly and helpful.

Extremely saddened the Disney shops are about to be closed except for the one in London. I have bought a few items here. Love the Mickey and Minnie Christmas Baubles for example. Will miss the Christmas atmosphere in the winter which can't be replicated online 😕
