Brilliant service by Jake. I had purchased an item for a family member at Christmas and had found the size to be too small and returned to exchange. Jake went above and beyond to give me other ideas as the original item as unavailable in the size I was needing. He was welcoming and friendly and couldn't have done more for me. Even offering a possible discounted rate if there was anything else I would be interested in. He gift wrapped my new purchase at no extra charge and honoured the price difference from the original purchase that had been in a sale offer. Thank you again Jake!!

Very well presented shop, greeted by a very welcoming and cheerful young lady in Imogen! She made the experience in the shop a very pleasant one. Very informative girl with a lot of knowledge of the products in store. She was consistently happy and very bubbly, all members of staff should definitely follow the example Imogen is setting out.

Received excellent service here recently. Staff were fantastic very friendly and professional especially from one member of staff, he had a bit of a Liverpool accent, who really went out of his way to help.

Lovely shop kept very neat and tidy by the friendly staff. Didn't have the size of shirt hubby wanted otherwise it would have been 5 stars! However very good range of goods especially at an outlet store!

Lovely spacious shop lots of choice and small selection of perfume aftershaves but beautifully presented.

Got some great cuff links, not a great selection of stock for my size, but if you have a 28 inch waist and have a pigeon chest there is plenty here for you
