I was deeply disappointed by the quality of the property I was shown as it was not how it was presented on their website. The studio was in a terrible condition with the mattress being purple and the floor squeaking on your passing. I was told that neither the mattress would be replaced nor the floor be fixed had I decided to rent the property. On the website the studio looked brighter and in a much better condition. The photos shown on your website were extremely misleading and do not reflect the state of the property. In addition, the agent had been extremely rude as well. Without any prompt he made rude and unnecessary remarks on my financial situation. When I expressed how different the flat looked from the photos, he said that If I had more money I could afford a better flat. It was very unprofessional of the agent. It was a deeply saddening and hurtful was to listen to this remark. I have not experienced such discrimination amongst the young professionals who are just starting to balance on their feet before.
