My family and I have been so excited waiting for our outdoor sauna to arrive. It was well worth the wait. Amazing and Very good quality, the men who built it were very polite and brilliant from start to finish. What a fantastic Sauna! My family and I love it, thank you so much just what we needed during the current situation that we are in.

What a pleasure it was to deal with this company, who answered all my questions with patience, and were prompt and efficient at every stage of the ordering process. Installation day went perfectly, the gentlemen doing the work were highly professional. It’s brand new, but seems extremely well built and I’m confident it will last for many years with only basic maintenance. I’m so glad we chose this firm, rather than being tempted by a ‘cheap’ sauna on the likes of eBay. We are absolutely delighted with our new sauna - thank you Zoki.

Throughout our dealings with Zoki Saunas - from the first phone call made, requesting a brochure, to the final installation of the sauna, we have been absolutely delighted with the service received. You never get a second chance to make a first impression and this was certainly the case when first contacting the company.The service received has been outstanding, everything they said they would do has been done, and completed to an exacting standard. Never once did they fail to talk us through the questions we asked (and there were a number) to clarify details for our electrician, thus resulting in a seamless installation. As for the two guys who installed the sauna, they were fantastic - particularly when the installation took place in a number of torrential rain showers! Truly, we cannot thank you Zoki Saunas enough and, to be sitting in the sauna on Christmas morning, was the icing on the cake!

Outstanding reliable company and excellent saunas. Professional delivery, they quickly set it up and thoroughly explained how to use it, and left the area clean and tidy afterwards. I owned an expensive infrared sauna in the US years ago, and this one is far superior and is benefitting my husband's health considerably after only 10 days of use. British made and non-toxic with excellent build quality. Thank you for producing such a wonderful product at reasonable prices - highly recommended!

Our outdoor traditional sauna was installed by Zoki just before Christmas. We had a long wait, but it was worth it. I had quite a few questions at the beginning of the order process but Justin and Alex were very quick to respond with thorough answers. The 3 guys that came to build the sauna, were very professional and did a lovely job. We are thrilled with the build quality and I wouldn’t want to be without the sauna now. Very pleased with our choice of traditional electric sauna and I wouldn’t look past Zoki for quality if you are looking to install one.

We are delighted with the sauna delivered to us by Zoki. The whole process from the beginning to the end went very smoothly with good communication. The sauna was built exactly to our specification. I also want to mention how efficient the two Zoki technicians who came over to install the sauna were. They gave a full explanation on how to use the stove and advised on anything else relevant. Overall we are very happy with the product and the service. I would be more than happy to recommend Zoki to my Finnish friends and anyone who wants a quality sauna in their home.

Absolutely delighted with my new sauna from Zoki. They were excellent at keeping me informed about the ordering process, dates for payment and delivery. They were flexible about everything to do the sauna itself so I feel I have a bespoke design. The delivery and installation was perfect - quick and courteous with good info to get me setup and using it. And the sauna itself feels super authentic Finnish, with a Finnish heater, Finnish wood, water bucket and ladle, thermometer etc etc. It even smells right.

I had experience of Russian banya (sauna) for many years and always wanted to have something similar at home. After researching options, Zoki looked a good bet. Testimonials were great and explanation of what is important for sauna purchase convinced me they were a good choice. Installation was seamless, Justin and Danny were excellent. When workmen bring in canvas in order to not spoil your floor, you know you are dealing with a quality product. The attention to detail is reassuring. 3 weeks in, I am delighted with everything. To be able to have this on tap is wonderful. This is a game changer that will improve you mental and physical health. Thoroughly recommended.

You wait your turn, and a super quality product awaits you at the other end. Very professional company, and great quality product. We have every faith that the sauna will last a lifetime!
