Worst company I have ever dealt with. Please do not use Zircotec. Product quality and customer service is very very poor and their salesman Daryl Butler lied to cover their error. I used Zircotec to coat my motorcycle exhaust system in black. The ceramic coating turned white and flaked off almost immediately in high heat areas such as the headers. Not what you expect after paying over £300. In terms of customer service, I received no contact from Zircotec for two weeks after sending in my exhaust, I had to chase them up at which point the exhaust was shipping tomorrow. What a co-incidence! Despite emailing a complete parts list to them prior to shipping they failed to contact me to let me know that one part had not been found / received. I believe it was thrown out with the packaging but by the time I received my parts back minus the lost part it as too late as the packaging had been disposed of. If they had taken the time to check my parts list against what was received then I believe the problem would not have occurred. After complaining to Daryl Butler he claimed that they used a 'magnetic scanner' to check all packaging received despite stainless steel (and other metals commonly used in exhaust systems) being non magnetic. As my exhaust is out of production I had to purchase an entire replacement (used) system from ebay to get the one link pipe they had lost. No offer of compensation or even an apology was forthcoming. The end result is that I have an exhaust system that looks worse than it did before and I am over £600 poorer. Amusingly the cheap VHT paint I have applied to cover up the white areas has actually lasted quite well in comparison to thee Zircotec coating. In a word AVOID! PS. I see their own employees are leaving reviews...

Was recommended Zircotec by a colleague and was impressed. Needed a pair of replacement Alfa Romeo twin-cam exhaust manifolds treating because their original second-hand state would let the car down. Was promised a 10 working day turn-around and they were quicker! Where the manifolds were once typically rusty cast-iron items, they now look like new. Can't wait to get them fitted into the car!

Daryl did a great job, booking my work in and advising me. This is the second time I have used Zircotec and have received a top quality service both times. Excellent surface finish and turn around time. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Nigel.

Excellent service. Answered my enquiries quickly and efficiently, arranged for the manifolds to be collected and returned them much faster than expected. Flawless job too. I've used Zircotec coatings on a couple of high powered vehicles now and the reduction in engine bay temperatures really is very noticeable.

I have a Duratec engined Morgan +4 and have been having problems with fault codes saying first Lamda sensor not coming to temperature. Suggested to me that ceramic coating of exhaust manifold could help. Internet search brought up the Zircotec website and the quoted price was competitive. Used the collect and deliver option and sent manifold for coating in Volcanic Tungsten. Manifold collected on a Friday and was delivered back 10 days later. Good smooth finish to the coating and the colour was as shown on the website. Have now driven car about 30 miles and the fault codes seem to have disappeared. Excellent service from Zircotec, would use them again.
