They wernt speaking English at some points which i found uncomfortable, i think the girl wanted to please me but took ages, and I just didnt get a hair haircut I was happy with.

This is my local Salon. Love it. Excellent value, friendly, they really work with you to get your hair looking right. Just wish I could go every week!!

I booked an appointment for 2 people She was extremely slow and only had time for 1.. i was not impressed Cut hair nicely but considering there was only 1 other customer in the shop we were waiting for too long.

paid an extremely ridiculous amount of money for a PERMANENT colour and cut. (so she said) as there would be no way on this earth that anyone would pay the amount of money we did for a wash out anyway. she got our money and the colour washed out after the first wash and the woman was arguing with us saying it was ‘just my hair’ and was shouting abuse. she continued to push us out the shop. and took no responsibility for what happened absolutely terrible scam
