Spa experience, adequate not great. Staff were lovely and Helpful, facilities adequate, jacuzzi broken so couldn’t be used, other than that there is use of steam and sauna. We chilled in relax room, had a massage, which was lovely, had a steam and sauna then started to get bored so changed and left, didn’t spend more than a couple of hours there, not enough to do. Changing rooms need renovating, very tired, needs to be cleaned more often, glasses And plates left around the relax space for long periods.. unfortunately I would not return, for the money you pay, you can enjoy a better experience somewhere else.. shame!

Had an espa facial booked for 1hour. 2pm to 3pm. I rang to advise I was running late at 2. 04pm as I was trying to get parking . Arrived 2.07pm. Had to go check if car was locked as I parked in a hurry . Settled in for facials at 2.16pm. Facials ended at 2.55 pm. I was charged for 1 hr(£60) as the time starts ticking from 2pm. I get that. The lady did a horrible job as I left with residues of facial mask on my face .There was no skin consultation before I started. I left at 2. 58pm. You should carry clients along and explain step by step what you intend to do. This did not happen. I wont be coming back. Will stick to Hyatt or Regis

I was thinking more of a better shop work and floor experience to show a cleaner environment.
