My daughter and I went for a deluxe spa pedicure and feeling so totally amazing and wonderful to have Renee and Linda to nourish us at the same time. Both very friendly and welcoming. My daughter claimed as we walked out from your premises she would like to return as it was great. And when you didn’t hesitate to fix her polished, you have definitely won her over as a loyal customer . Thanks heaps beautiful ladies 💝🌹❤️ Love and light, Rosie

I have been going to Your Day Spa for many many years. Linda & her staff are very professional & offer top quality services. The salon is lovely & very well maintained. The treatment rooms are peaceful, quiet & the atmosphere & ambience of the spa are excellent. The staff are always very courteous & friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

AWFUL SERVICE! I was booked in for a spa treatment for 9:45am unfortunately I fell incredibly ill when I woke up that morning (recently had a baby this was going to be a pamper session for post birth) I googled what time your place of business opened and waited until 8:30 to try and call, I called 3 times between 8:30 and 9am and no one answered so I finally left a message stating I was incredibly ill (vommiting) I received a call back from Linda at the time of my appointment asking where I was, I explained myself again and at this point began crying because I was so ill and was now told I could not get the treatment done and my voucher would now be voided. I said can we please reschedule to which she said no they had a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. I was unaware of this as it was not stated anywhere on my voucher or in my confirmation text it just states to refer to their policy online. I did not plan on falling ill nor did I plan to not make the appointment as this was something incredibly special to me ($135) treatment down the drain! I then said fine I’ll try and come in right now in my state of sickness to which Linda replied “if you wish to” and I said sure I’d hate to get the people in your work place sick but if that’s the only way I’m going to get my treatment then I will and she was fine with me to do that. I obviously didn’t go in as I was completely bed ridden and she knew this as I stated it on the phone and could clearly tell in my voice I was upset. My partner was so upset that this had happened so he later tried to contact Linda to work out something as he had gifted me with the voucher. To which we still got the blunt NO in reply she was not going to come to any sort of agreement at all. Couldn’t even offer a lesser value service which I would of being more than happy with. she was quiet adamant to just completely void the voucher to make sure she wasn’t out of pocket in anyway. I am so incredibly upset at how this was dealt with I feel there was no empathy or sympathy in this situation Linda was just looking at dollar signs and not the well being of a potential life long customer. Now I won’t ever spend my money there and I’ll make sure when other people ask me of a great salon here in Mackay that I tell them about my experience or lack their of with Linda and her team.
