Avoid. They are untrustworthy and dont care about anything other than them getting in money. They wi

Avoid. They are untrustworthy and dont care about anything other than them getting in money. They will leave you with unsatisfactory living conditions and expect you to pay to sort it all, even structural and radiators. If you need a repair they will try to charge you for a call out. They will do everything they can to avoid paying out. If their items damage your things then the housing officer will tell you to claim on your insurance but insurance expects them to pay. Housing officers are stuck up, judgemental and have disgusting attitudes. They get involved in matters that are nothing to do with them. Avoid this housing association. Hear too many negative stories from too many tenants.
