Dangerous! They demanded payment before service began. No one there spoke or understood any English

Dangerous! They demanded payment before service began. No one there spoke or understood any English. And yes, they “demanded” a twenty dollar tip. I am now spending hundreds on medical bills. Long story short: worst and scariest experience ever. That night my entire spinal cord was bruised. I had felt as if something cracked and I tried to explain but she did not understand. Two months later: still in extreme discomfort and pain. Rib was broken. Be careful. These folks are most likely unlicensed and extremely negligent.
