Having practiced for nearly 8 years now,I should say it has been my saving grace! I was recently diagnosed with Grave's Disease. My thyroxine levels were that high and my GP thought I was at home, bedridden! But there I was, in Middle street studio at 1000am,practising Silent Yoga! Not only has this practice brought me physical health, but more importantly an over all feeling of well being! Thank you to my son,Paolo who has pushed me from the very beginning, and to all the wonderful teachers all of whom have made a difference in my life.

Best yoga studio in town! I've tried pretty much every hot yoga studio in Brighton and Hove and this one is just different. The owners BA & Simon are so passionate what they do. They work with great teachers and create fantastic atmosphere to practice. Loads of classes to choose including express class. Just try and you won't regret.
