I have been taking class at Body & Brain for 6 years. It has quite simply been a life changing experience. Not only by developing my physical strength and flexibility, but also through the meditation and healing has taught me to cope with many stressful situations. The studio is a very welcoming completely non-intimidating environment particularly for people recovering from illness or injury. I would highly recommend everyone to give it a try! I think most people understand these days that to live a healthful positive life, you need to have a healthy frame of mind as well as body. And that you can’t have one without the other. So as it says ‘on the tin’ that’s what Body & Brain is all about. I've been attending classes three to four times a week for the last two years, as there is nothing else quite like it! The emphasis is not on how good you are at yoga but a holistic approach, combining physical and the mental, light hearted and focused, exercise and meditation. I always leave feeling relaxed yet invigorated. There’s a genuine sense of community amongst the team and the members, not least in the delicious tea ceremony for everyone after class. Pop in and see for yourself.

This practice has changed and challenged all my prejudices and stereotypes about life and humans.. it is not just Yoga, in fact it is not correct to call it only Yoga..it is a all spiritual and physical practice that allows you to really deeply see your condition, to really accept whom you are and start from this zero point... Spending most of my time here as it also a place where members can come and help or just be present with their energy... Amazing unique space.
