The worst doctors office I have ever been to. Takes over an hour after original appointment time to be seen. Dont bother calling them, you will get a rude and disrespectful lady on the phone who puts you on hold for ages and comes back having forgotten your name. Doctors do not note on the system what was actually said in the appointment and makes getting follow up appointments elsewhere impossible. Extremely rude. Looking elsewhere to be registered.

Excellent drs especially dr crane and dr chapman, would have been 5 stars however the reception staff think they are doctors and won’t give appointments without discussion of your problem, I want to see a dr about that not a nosey receptionist

I have been with this practice since 1996 and the waiting times have never been worse. My son has had to wait 6 weeks to see a doctor just for a prescription and then his appointment was 30 minutes late.

I cannot fault this surgery. Moved from a different surgery where it was impossible to get through on the phone and staff were rude. Receptionists and doctors are lovely and friendly and nothing too much trouble. My son was seen this morning 2 hours after phoning. More than glad I made the move.

One of the worst doctors surgery's i have ever been registered to. Deleted my repeat prescriptions 4 times off the system so i have to keep going back to the surgery. Never put repeats through. Changed my prescription dosage without telling me. Very unhelpful very rude. Don't deal with complaints.

REGISTER ELSEWHERE. Horrendously difficult to get hold of, but had an eventual phone appointment last Wednesday. Repeat prescription was to be sent to Boots. Still nothing by today, so it's obviously not been sent. By far the worst doctor surgery I have ever used. If you value your time, then definitely register elsewhere as this is just one of many poor experiences. A surgery that is beyond incompetent, and quite frankly should be investigated by the CQC. I'm not going to bother chasing anything up. Will instead register with Church View. Harold Shipman would be preferable to this lot.

Emergency inhaler needed? DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS SURGERY. Failed to deliver the promised prescription to the pharmacy despite Wycliffe calling to tell me it was ready for collection. And contacting them to sort it out? It'd probably be easier to get opium from my local dealer. I'll be signing up elsewhere. Badly run surgery.

Got to be The worse Gp in Plymouth!!! made three appointments that’s after so many attempts on the phone as if they are dealing with all of Plymouth patients. And every time I attended the Gp the receptionist was busy talking to her friends leaving the phone ringing and every time I’ve arrived been told by the receptionist I had no appointment even tho I had prove of a text message.

I phoned the surgery this morning I was number 8 in the queue after 50 minutes, I was number one in the queue, the music stop playing, I waited for a little while nothing. I was cut off and had to start or over again. I wanted to book a medication review, I was unable to book the appointment on line, the form had no option for review or other. I shall try again tomorrow morning. So frustrating
