Yes it's true you may have to wait a while to see your regular GP but they are so busy because they are so good and you trust them. Also reception can only give you what they have it is not there fault you do not get what you wanted but only what you can have. If like me today, you can only get an emergency same day appointment with a different doctor, take a breath and remember we are lucky to have the NHS. They always try to do there best. That is good enough for me. Thanks Team much appreciated keep up the good work. P.S. Same applies to the pharmacy they are a lovely bunch. More good reviews and more patient patients.

I have had to call EVERYDAY to try and get an appointment for an Months time. I had to wait a month to see a doctor that then didn't give me the prescription that he said he would. But now he is on holiday I've got to wait for another month! Not the staff's faulty. PEOPLE STOP NOT TURNING UP FOR YOUR APPOINTMENTS!

Newly registered, I work in exeter so find it hard to book same day appointments. I had to book an appointment for a months time which was as soon as i could get commuting. To coincide with this my repeat prescription was refused a week before I was due to see the doctor, because I hadn't seen one. I wasn't informed if this policy; I had to go cold turkey which they say never to do! Shockingly Awful service, the Doctors are super but the reception staff could do with more training!

Superb friendly Surgery. From the polite reception staff to the genuine caring attitude of the GP's and Nurses. Nothing in this surgery seems to be a problem. I've been to quite a few GP surgeries throughout my life and have to say this is the absolute best.

I've always found the support staff and the medical staff to be excellent. I realise that any issues that I have ever had - such as not being able to get a same day appointment - is nothing to do with the surgery and everything to do with political factors outside of their control

Really pleased with experience so far. Very helpful and polite staff. They’re very busy, but where isn’t these days and they are always helpful when you do get through. They’ve been great with our two young boys

Receptionists always friendly and helpful, GPs usually get back to you same day via econsult and will see you in person same day if indicated, prescriptions are done quickly with no hassle, GPs very approchable. Overall a great practice!

I no lots of not good reviews, but I spoke to a young guy today. Wish I got his name 😪 I had to phone for my elderly parents today. He was so helpful and empathised with my situation. He was just so helpful and took a load off my shoulders. And my dad got a phone call back. Thankyou so much xx

I moved 1 mile and they removed me from the surgery without telling a thing. I only found our when I needed one GP urgently.

Staff are rude and unhelpful. Definitely go somewhere else and avoid this surgery.
