We went to World of Wicker to get furniture for our brand new conservatory. Steve was brilliant; gave us plenty of time to browse before coming over to offer assistance, and although we spent a long time deciding on style and then on the fabrics, we didn’t feel at all rushed. We also asked for his opinion of something we weren’t sure of, and he gave us his honest but tactful view. Steve is all about giving you the best possible service, not being a salesman. We’re extremely pleased with our furniture and have received several compliments about it. My parents were so impressed when we showed them our photos, they made a special trip from Essex to buy their furniture! They received the same attentive, expert service as we’d had and are very happy with their items. Arrangements for delivery are efficient (and kept to!) and items are well packaged. The website is also very easy to look at to get an idea of stock before visiting the showroom. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

Mark .. thank you again for the most amazing outdoor cushions for my L Shapped Rattan Furniture. We are over the moon with them. The quality they’ve been made at has surpassed my expectations 🤩 I chose a Dark Grey fabric called Graphite, Piped Edges and all made to the correct sizes and thickness. So very glad I discovered World of Wicker. Fantastic selection of Conservatory furniture at a fair cost. We only wished to replace 2 chairs which we had for a number of years an picked the Barcelona style. So happy with them which were delivered quicker than expected. REALLY well packaged. We really love them, brightens up our Conservatory. Mark is also so very helpful.
