I am absolutely delighted with T&J conservatories. The level of workmanship and skill was excellent. Everything that was promised has been delivered within the agreed timeframe,& more. The unsung hero of the build was without doubt Louise, the office manager/customer services lady. Any concern or query was immediately satiated and resolved. No problem was too big for her to deal with. Anything Louise could do to make the installation run smoothly (It did), if it was contacting suppliers. Reaching out to tradesmen or fielding my anxious and often neurotic questions, Louise was there. Every step of the way, even ringing me back on her day off. She treated me very respectfully and never made me feel like my issue wasn't as important to her as it was to me. I think it's really important to recognise when people go above and beyond for you. Louise, Mike ,Tim and the boys did. I just wish I had the rest of my building works done by T&J . I have already recommended T&J to friends, family and colleagues. Many thanks for a job well done. I will definitely use your company again.

Just got back from holiday and we,re now Sat in our fantastic garden room.....its the best thing we ever did ! The workmanship is second to none, all the men were brilliant , nothing was too much trouble Highly recommended, already passed your name on to others .....thank you again Mike & the gang.!

Had one upstairs window replaced. Excellent service right from first contact. We couldn't be more pleased with the installation, quality of workmanship and friendliness of installers. Definitely to be recommended.
