Provided two months notice in writing of my intent to cancel my membership at the 12 month expiration. Was still charged a membership fee following the end of my contract. After two months of emailing the manager and membership rep, was refunded the incorrect amount. Manager has blamed the “direct debit provider” for the system error and inefficiency of processing a refund! I wonder how many other customer have been stung?? This is basically theft. After decades of gym membership, I’ve never encountered such unhelpful and inefficient service. No accountability or customer care. I notice all previous negative reviews have been dismissed as “fake accounts”. Interesting!
