When you ring to make appointments there's one receptionist who in my opinion is particularly rude on the phone, blunt and grumpy! Never on time even when the waiting rooms are empty!! Plus your not guaranteed an appointment when you call in the morning or at 2 for an afternoon appointment. I was told very bluntly "you should pre-book then" well sorry but I'm not always aware of when I'm going to be poorly enough to see my own GP!! So for me I can't give anymore than a two star. Not impressed with the level of costumer care at all

5/ 5

I've actually had a really good experience with this surgery & have been with them for years. I have had really great support for my mental health & other medical issues. The staff are always friendly & if you request GP's experienced with mental health they will accommodate. Doctors I've spoken to have listened to me genuinely & been honest with me about treatment & waiting times. I have only had one bad experience with this surgery and that was years ago and hasn't happened since. Waiting times are long to get on the phone and get an appointment through reception however I have had a really good experience with the e-consult service, GP listened to me & scheduled a follow-up appointment. Empathetic doctors who clearly care, I always leave feel heard. Thank you to everyone who works here!

Absolutely terrible service. Just seems like they do not take your illness seriously and have better things to be doing. Really rude reception staff and Extremely unhelpful. Doctors do not phone when they say they will. This surgery should be closed down. The service is extremely inadequate for taxpayers money.

Dont even deserve a 1, do not take mental health seriously at all, being passed from pillar to post with no help, want to see a gp face to face and cant make an appointment..poor practice, poor customer service, poor mental health awareness, more training needed
