Doctors are cold suggest you should be working even when you've been through so much and suffer with alot of mental health issues can never get an appointment the whole situation causes anxiety and stress but just remember the most important thing isn't your health it's getting a job

Impossible to get seen when needed. Can not book appointments.

The doctors are great but since the introduction of the telephone appointments it is a lot more complicated getting an appointment as now instead of just phoning first thing for an appointment, you need to phone and wait for a doctor to phone you but no time is given. Highly inconvenient for somebody who works nights and sleeps throughout the day.

Never had a problem there

Called on Friday with chest pain and was told to take a corona test.. sounded like an easy option to get me off the phone. I then took a rapid test which came back negative so I called again. I was promised a call back twice and now the surgery is closed. I have been trying to get medical attention since 8am!!!! I find it disgusting that I've been ignored. Went to derriford as my gp ignored me, turns out I have a bloodclot on my lung and pneumonia but thats not worth a call back from the gp.

Waited over an hour on the phone to speak to someone this is unacceptable especially for a doctor surgery

Phoned the doctors in Wednesday morning and got through to a lovely receptionist who was very helpful and even though there was no appointments left got the doctor to phone me which he did within 20 minutes I was the seen by the physio Jack Garbacz who was lovely he arranged for me to have a knee X-ray I cannot praise this surgery enough both receptionist were lovely and friendly one was called Bernice Lacey unfortunately I didn’t get the other ladies name but she was also friendly

clean. free parking with good access. very bizzy surgery. iv found the Dr and all staff polite and professional. yes you can get long waiting times and it's difficult to get a appointment but not impossible. iv never felt rushed when in with the Dr. iv always had good email interaction and text messages I also use the NHS app on my phone to book appointment and other needs.
