Woodlands Pharmacy oxford

After years of missed prescription renewal dates and incorrect medication from some of the bigger pharmacies in Oxford, I tried this local, modest chemist. They are so helpful and having been promised a reliable service, that's exactly what I'm getting. I'm so happy, they're friendly, knowledgeable and so easy to deal with.

The delivery driver is lovely. However, the customer service has lost its soul since the magnificent Pupinder left. I was shocked by the coldness, and unhelpfulness of the new staff members.

This WAS the most kind efficient and friendly local pharmacy far exceeding the standards of Lloyds in Botley. Been using this place for years and been recognised (!) by helpful staff due to frequent repeat prescriptions who have been know to have my prescription in their hand before I'd finished locking my bike.... until today. Second time they've lost/not received/can't find my daughter's prescription. Pupinder has gone and so has the customer service.

New owners, but still fantastic service. Good prices, and a surprisingly wide range of products for sale too.

So lucky to have this caring and helpful team in West Oxford. They offer excellent support and advice. and a rapid ordering-in service for the rare item they don't already have in stock.
