Extremely poor service from the pharmacist here. On advice of our GP I asked to buy a well known sleep aid over the counter for my extremely unwell and sleep deprived son who is over 18. I was interrogated and he then said he couldn’t give them to me without seeing my son who was in the car waiting. I said I’d go and fetch him to which I received the response that he wouldn’t sell them to me anyway as if a GP had recommended them then they should of issued a prescription! For a behind the counter and what is actually an antihistamine ! Went somewhere else and received a much better and sensible service. I will be making a formal complaint to this mans employer. Very rude very insensitive and pedantic.

Poor customer service, mostly unfriendly. Unlike other branches of Lloyd's (which are being shut down at a furious rate) they do not deliver. Forcing you, if you're disabled, to walk around the long line of outside trolleys just to get into the store. They told me that they can no longer guarantee next day acquisition of my prescription items as they are now only receiving one delivery a day, cut back from two. A company falling apart.
