I was looking for two communion dresses for both daughters and we went to West Ealing communion shop only to find that it closed down. We tried to find a shop online without success. So then we took both girls to central London where we tried John Lewis shop and Debenhams. The dresses in the shops were ivory for a start and the dresses. Luckily I tried internet and found Wonderland. The lady who owns the shop has the most beautiful dresses ever. Also she has been in that business for 30 years and she knows measurements just by looking at the child. She looked at my daughters and told not to worry I will bring up some dresses for both daughters. I don't know how she did that but they were perfect in size. All we had to do was make the hard decision to choose which one. I let both daughters choose for themselves as it's their special day. Trust me if you want a communion dress heard staright to Wonderland, you really won't be disappointed, the lady really is brilliant!!! But ring before you go as there are a lot of customers coming. The 204 bus from Sudbury town goes to Wembley Central. Also all buses outside Alperton go to Wembley Central. The 182 bus from Harrow on the hill goes to Wembley Central. All journeys are around 20 to 25 minutes. If coming by tube it is the bakerloo line and Wembley Central station is brand new and has lifts for both platforms which also serve overground. Thank you so much to the lady of this shop my daughters have beautiful dresses for their day on May 4th which is just three days away. They are so excited!

Excellent!!! Exceptional customer service! I've ordered the dress online then I decided to go to the shop to collect it as I was impatient to have it and the lady offered me the refund for postage straight away (which I have not even asked for). On top of that, the dress was already £11 cheaper than on the other websites. The shop looks small from outside but it is a real gem! So many nice designer dresses, I was really not expecting that. Thank you

Lady was really rude! No where on the website did it say you needed an appointment, when I turned up after I drove from south east London, the lady was so unwelcoming I felt like I had turned up at her house unannounced with all the family, on Christmas Day. She was really snappy and said people turn up to her shop just to try on dresses and not actually want to buy them, and I wasn't allowed to take a picture of her in the dress to show her dad either. Don't know if I'll return.

This was my second visit , it was no surprise to me the first visit I kept quiet and let go as it was my sons baptism and I said let’s forget may be staff had a bad day or was busy , i didn’t purchase the baptism dress reason being I was put off by a comment by a girl staff who literally said to us when we were deciding what style to go for and after a conversation at the end the comment she made was they (elders)should look at the royals, no one had given the right to comment ,just be in the customers shoes and understand that mothers are going through tough time especially during this pandemic some have their loved ones with them some are all alone isolated so they are choosing what suits them .the girl who commented might not even know what’s going on in the back end . I would say before showing your attitude and commenting just think have you been in that customers shoes ? You don’t need to copy royals you choose what’s best for you and remember you might copy royals but what suits them may not suit you . Infact We being customers were very polite and understanding and left the store politely ,Her comment made me not even step back into the store again and We didn’t . Todays visit was really an emergency, and I had no choice , I had to visit the store as it was the closest.i avoid this store as much as I can , and many of my friends told about the attitude of the ground staff ,however when I entered ,the elderly man when he spoke was polite , but I guess other staff has attitude problems when customers ask something politely please I would request don’t answer with attitude, this time was the boy , not all customers are going to take it.there’s always a way of replying.it’s not always money ,doesn’t matter customers buy sale items or full price items we still pay for it .there should be no differentiation .I’m sure when you visit store you don’t always buy full price items ya? it would be nice if staff reply politely .it made me feel very embarrassing the attitude was like why what’s happened to the dress I just took it out of the bag . It doesn’t make sense why would you remove the dress out of the bag and keep it when you know it’s been touched by different customers and likelihood is it would get dirty or damaged. At least try to check why the customers is asking if there’s another packed piece inside ,as the flowers on the dress were damaged . The stitching was not so presentable.how would you feel if you was in my shoes ,?doesn’t matter if it’s a sale piece.I’m sure customers are within their rights to ask d there’s no harm right?
