Salon is lovely, really relaxing, cosy and friendly. Have been before for nails and was delighted with the result. I’m afraid on this occasion I was left underwhelmed by my treatment, a lash lift. It gave my lashes no ‘oomph’ at all, and they actually look much shorter than when I use my ordinary lash curlers at home. I think the girl could tell I was disappointed with the outcome, but it was too late by then I suppose. My regular beautician had a look at them today, and guessed she’d used the medium rollers instead of small, but I don’t know. Have had LVLs in the past with success, so maybe this brand is better for those of us with shorter lashes. Definitely wouldn’t put me off visiting again - as the staff and salon are really nice - but unfortunately not for this particular treatment.
