Nice enough pool, fun for kids. But bit peved my 7 year old can't use his snorkel.

We had booked to swim today, I had previously called to cancel then changed my mind "as they don't do refunds", I went today for my allotted and paid for slot as as confirmed by a member of staff over the phone to be told I wasn't booked I was then told I was not allowed a refund and was offered no apology for their mistake. I eventually received my refund after much persuasion. The three female staff that I delt with today were incredibly standoffish, rude and very aggressive. This is such a shame as all of the other staff have been amazing, incredibly helpful and friendly, today has left me feeling very angry and upset and I would never recommend this pool to anyone! I would recommend that you avoid this place if you are looking for a local pool as this has been nothing but a stressful and upsetting experience!
