Very helpful staff and one of the largest selections in Bradford. Purchased a couple of bathroom suites. Had to change a loo and sink and owner was very obliging. They carry a large stock so able to collect same day. Some really nice high quality products on display. Will use again. Thank you.

I bought a sub standard bathroom suite from here. The customer service was like something from a sitcom. It really was that bad, after getting absolutely no after sales support I eventually gave up and bought a new shower screen from elsewhere. I have never left anyone a bad review but I wanted to stand outside and warn people away from this place rude doesn't begin to describe the supposed customer service guy. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do some research and give your hard earned wages to a company that know the value of customer relations and repeat business.

I purchased my entire Bathroom appliance from here. What a huge mistake it was! I spent thousands! Steve was the salesman who was very nice and helpful. He told me I could get a refund on products I did not need as long as the packaging is in tact. I made this clear as I am not a builder and may order products that may not fit. My wife was with me to help me chose showers, baths etc. The problem started when I had to return the floor tiles and a radiator. I went back and Steve's face and attitude completely changed when I said I wanted to return two items. I was shocked. The other salesmen were just as bad as they offered no solution and supported Steve. Anyways he started shaking his head and saying I cannot have a refund. Etc. I started quoting what he himself had told me and he denied point blank. His attitude was shocking. I could not believe it. This raised some concerns so I went to other similar shops close by as I needed some piping and stuff anyway. I quickly realized that I had been overcharged on almost all items. When I say overcharged I mean overcharged. It is my fault for not shopping around but I just don't want others making the same mistake I made. Please do not shop there and fall for the salesman charm and their lies. The product quality is no better too. After complaining to the customer service lady, they agreed to refund me but charging 35% return charge on each item. Again something I was never informed about ! Honestly feel like I have been robbed.

Good decision to visit them guys, received a great customer service and definitely recommend you guys.
