Your drivers need some lessons! I can’t attach the picture on here but I’m sure I can on your Facebook page. Your van was doing 30 mph down the a500 in rush hour traffic this morning with nothing in front of it for miles? Wouldn’t move and driver thought it was hilarious he was holding everyone up. I wouldn’t use them out of principle. Would the police find this interesting? Is it classed as dangerous driving? Any advice welcome. Thanks

Very Impressed we are very happy with our new Conservatory installed by the Window repair centre. The quality of the products installed appears to be excellent. The installers Justin and Jake did an amazing job. They were working on the job for 3 days in some very poor weather conditions. Throughout the time they were at our property they were polite hard working and a pleasure to have around. And more importantly we are delighted with our new conservatory. Before Justin and Jake we had Dave the Builder who built the conservatory base same again we can not fault his work and the considerate way he went about his work. When he had finished the build he jet washed everywhere down (it looked tidier than before). Then finally we had the electrician in to complete the job. The whole job from start to finish has been completed with the minimum of fuss and they have made the job look easy. Any dealings I have had with any of the Window repair centre staff have always been pleasant, we would highly recommend this company and it's staff.

This company refuse to give an installation date for replacing misted panels. It is over three months since I signed the very one sided purchase agreement: They are allowed to cancel (without any reason) but the customer can't without the risk of incurring a massive cancellation fee. Polite phone calls requesting an installation date (provable by recordings) are just ignored. Even though I've quoted the Purchase order number: AB 10225 on each occasion. I wish someone had given me the warning that I am giving - before I had signed the agreement - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. If you choose to ignore that warning DO NOT waive your right to cancel within 14 days when requesting your order is treated as URGENT. This is only a request from you - not an undertaking from them that the request will be granted.(As they've more than proved) ADDED BY EDIT: You will notice from their response (below) how they treat customers. No explanation of why my order was "forgotten" or my several phone calls requesting an installation date were totally ignored, not a hint of an apology for wasting my summer - I couldn't book a holiday. They fail to say that their cancellation was only phoned a few hours ago, if I'd cancelled it could have cost me £498.75 - or only £133 if they'd been honest enough to say the panels ordered hadn't been manufactured. Either way it WAS (until they cancelled) "heads they win tails I lose". Now they've cancelled I can hopefully find a reliable company. It took a few HONEST reviews like this one to get any action. I will repeat my warning AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Learn to identify which are genuine reviews - if this was fake they could sue me.

The Window repair centre have installed 5 jobs at 3 different properties over the last 7 years. The first job was nearly 5 years ago when I had a new conservatory roof fitted by the Cheadle office. The staff were very professional and the installation was done to a very high standard by professional, tidy and polite installers. Since then I have had a porch installed by the Alsager branch this was a brick built porch which was completed start to finish in under 1 week. Same again all staff were polite professional and tidy. More recently I have had a door and some repairs done on the windows in my new bungalow. As always the work has been to an exceptional standard and was reasonably priced, they were not the cheapest but they have turned out to be the best value for money. I would highly recommend this company. Christine Alsager

Had a new composite energy-efficient front door (including new frame and step) installed, which is an ideal colour (the same blue as my football team) so it looks great. The installation ended up taking place earlier than indicated too, so my house is now fully ready for winter. The fitter even managed to salvage the numbers from my old door and put them on my new one!

A friend suggested these guys for a new sealed unit in one of our windows. We were impressed with their professionalism and ability. When we needed a new door they were the first and last place we talked to. They fitted the door last week and we are really pleased with the quality and the workmanship and skill of the chap that fitted it. Have a chat with them, you'll see what I mean.

I was asked by a cold caller from a national window company if they could quote for new windows. They wanted to replace the whole frames as well as the glass units. The Window Repair Centre charged us £760 for 4 leaded glass units - one of them a large occluded pattern window that was ten years old but they still managed to match the pattern perfectly - and literally saved us thousands. A great service, measured, surveyed and fitted in less than a month from initial contact by friendly professional guys. Would use them again recommend them highly. We're now winter-ready.

From order to delivery the service was very good. The fitters turned up on time and complained the work in good time, and left no mess. Their was a slip up over my extra keys not being ordered on time, but they are in the process of getting them for me now. Overall I would recommend this company and I have now had almost all my windows and doors replaced by them.
