We had a wonderful stay, brilliant room and gorgeous spa. They really understood the needs of my 16 year old autistic daughter. Strongly recommend booking the nail technician while staying as an extra treat.

Had an amazing time here with my friends. The rooms are spacious and spa facilities were great. Very clean, the staff were very accommodating and polite. Had a really lovely treatment and time at the pool. The food wasn't as great as expected but overall would definitely recommend a visit to their spa.

My rating is purely for the afternoon tea, where the tea & food was unquestionably good. My qualm however, is that we had to wait a bit - it wasn't terrible and they were polite to be fair, but we weren't checked up on that much and had to wait a while before, during, and after the meal (I had to get up mid meal to find staff when our teas ran out!) still very reasonably priced + good quality
