Some really good deals on. I got a little milk jug for just £1.80. The outlet is a great place to visit if you're just about to buy your first house. Loved it.

We stopped by for coffee and tea, always helpful. Good section of crockery. Staff can ignore you but for the most are generally lovely.

We love this shop !...every time we venture to York we always ,always visit Whittards both in York and at the Designer Outlet just brilliant ,very friendly and helpful staff .

Fantastic shop for gifts & choices of tea

A nice shop and I bought a teapot (gift for a friend) unfortunately a female member of staff was very rude to me as I mistakenly wondered in not realising the shop was already at the maximum permitted number. A polite reminder to ask me to wait outside would have been fine but she decided to shout loudly across the shop floor as if I was a naughty school child, her manner while serving me was very abrupt and uncaring. I am sure you do not train your staff to behave like this especially in these difficult times. I visit Whittards regularly and have always been treated well. I doubt wether I would want to return to this particular outlet.

Rude overweight female member of staff who thinks it’s appropriate to shout her head off. How on earth can you count a 11 month old baby within the limit of people allowed in the shop? Get a grip! (I hope I’ve described your vile staff member in detail)
