We bought our car here about 3 weeks ago on a Sunday. The car should have been ready on Wednesday but we had no news. We phoned several times and were told each time that we would receive a call back but did not receive one. At 18.00 on Wednesday they phoned to say they needed to change the cam belt. Clearly they hadn't even looked at the car until that time. Unfortunately this happened again and again until we eventually picked the car up on the Friday. When we picked up the car we noticed immediately that the cruise control wasn't working and furthermore the tailgate boot handle was practically falling off. We couldn't get an appointment for a week since we needed use of a courtesy car. We paid to have the boot fixed at another garage and booked the car in to have the electrics looked at. On this day, we dropped the car off at 08.00 as requested. By lunchtime we hadn't heard anything and called but only managed to speak to the receptionist as usual who said she would chase them up. Again all afternoon we went on calling and waiting. At 16.45 we finally heard that they had looked at the car and that they wouldn't be able to fix it the same day. They offered us an appointment in 3 weeks since we needed a courtesy car. At the same time (only a few weeks after we had bought it) they informed us that there was a recall notice with something else which needed updating. The customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. Buy a car from a different garage! I wish we had.

Absolutely awful service at this garage, avoid at all costs! Our car was booked in at 8:30am for diagnostic testing, we arrived on time and were told to wait. FOUR hours later we’d had enough and checked at the reception to be told all we needed was a new battery!! This then took another half an hour to fit!! Abysmal service and I would never get another car from here. We didn’t realise when we bought the qashqai in 2017 that the under tray would fall off twice, it would lose oil and they wouldn’t be able to find out why, and the engine warning lights come on like they’re on a Christmas tree! Not happy with Nissan at all...

Pathetic company, all smiles taking thousands of pounds off you offering all the reassurance in the world... comes down to the car breaking through no fault of the owner and nissan refuse to fix it... DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS GROUP, you will be left thousands out of pocket. The Engineers and Technicians there seem to not know how an internal combustion engine works judging by what they said to my wife.... without realizing I have a masters degree in engineering. Filled a complaint 3 - 4 weeks ago with the promise of a call back and still nothing. This debacle just will not end due to the pathetic nature of the company

Not good Guy rang me four times when I rang garage asked to speak to him he never existed working at the garage he was online salesman just to get you through the door I asked him the milage of the vehicle three times he confirmed it was 2500 when I got to the garage the milage was 9000 after some confusion this was quickly changed online to the correct milage

I have purchased a 6 month old Ford Mondeo from Hendy Nissan Salisbury and am delighted with it. I had had a ford before and wanted another. Mark the sales advisor was able to get me this one from their Ford depot. I found nothing was too much trouble my mum even purchased a little Micra as a run a round too. I can certainly recommend Hendy for your next car if they haven’t got it the can get it. Andrew

Can’t fault the after sales service either. Any queries we have had were sorted out by Mark straight away. Highly recommend that you take the opportunity to visit them when you are considering buying a car.
