I reported what I thought was an oil leak near the oil filler cap on the engine of my car to Jake before it was taken for an intermediate service. The oil filler cap was found to be faulty, Jake informed me that a replacement part would be on site by 15.00 hours. Unfortunately I couldn’t wait that long, Jake said that as he lived near me he would drop the cap off at my house. Jake.was true to his word and I fitted the cap the same evening. Excellent service in my opinion.
