Really lovely & helpful staff on the phone who know what they’re talking about. Open at antisocial hours which is also great as you can’t time when you’re going to need something. They also seem to stock everything that I find other chemists don’t. So lucky it’s just round the corner.

Extremely disappointing experience today. Having a migraine attack and feeling nauseated I made an effort to leave the house into the blinding sunshine (anyone who experiences migraine could imagine how this feels like) to go to the pharmacy to purchase specific pain relief. There were at least 5 staff and only two customers inside (so 2.5 employees per customer) but despite that, they kept me there for 15 minutes. After being served, filing in the required forms and waiting by the counter while feeling sick, to my devastation I was told that I am not to eligible to purchase the pain relief! Was it really necessary to keep me there for over 15 minutes? Surely a pharmacy with so many employees could be a little more efficient?

The person who answered the phone was so rude patronising and offensive that it triggered a panic/asthma attack in me and after years of being a customer I see no alternative but to change pharmacy. They said they were a trainee pharmacist! Nasty ignorant piece of work who put phone down on me. I was not in any way disrespectful otherwise I would acknowledge that.
