Well Woodingdean – Warren Way brighton

Have honestly never been to a place where they go so slow. I only went in to get plasters and the guy behind the counter took ages. To be fair he asked how my day was going when finally starting to serve me but when I said I’m in a-bit of a rush actually he told me not to be rude and then purposefully started going even slower. No I don’t recommend it for the slowness of the staff and their rudeness.

Currently waiting to pick up a prescription. Was told there was a 20 minute wait which was fare enough. Found out half hour later the pharmacist was interviewing. 40 minutes later still waiting for prescription !!!

Never have medicine in stock. Takes ages to be served.

Incorrect amount of meds being dispensed and the way dispensed meant this was not clear for a couple of weeks. I could see how they made the error but they were not having it and it caused lots of issues. I have seen one helpful member of staff there but in the main I feel like I am disrupting their day and not welcome, I certainly wouldn’t ask their advice on anything which is a shame for a local pharmacy. I have moved to Bridgman's and much happier despite the longer journey it feels safer and more reliable! Sorry but reading the historic reviews you have had time to sort your issues WELL but on the surface you don’t care?

What a joke this place is? No interest what so ever to serve to customers, not even bother to open on time or respond, this is not first time one of several occasions I have been served this way. Well Should give this place to other company to run this vital service to the community.

Completely disaster, very rude staff and can not get simple thing correct, don't know why on earth there is no one of senior staff look in to the review posted on this site, door is locked even after 15 minutes passed 9am, I was waiting out side while staff counting the money in side , took almost 15 minutes to come to the and tell me that I can not buy cough syrup as they don;t have any pharmacist, when I trying to tell what she tool so much time to come to the door and tell it than I was getting well out the door, she is start accusing me that I am shouting to her,
