The worse staff ever , bunch of rude "lady's" who don't care about you. They do not looking to help you just rid you of from the the list. Always very problematic with any case what they need to deal with from simple information to booking appointment.

You complain about the rudeness of the staff, told the practice manager will be in touch the same day, a week later they are complaining about you!!!!!!!!! So much for careing about the people they are supposed to care for?

Such a brilliant service. Called yesterday morning for advice from my GP, was booked a telephone appointment and he called me back within the hour. He sent my prescription straight to the pharmacy for me to collect that evening. Such a brilliant way of working, particularly for people like me that work all day. Definitely the way forward!
