Absolutely terrible. There’s no cohesion between bus companies, no central travel app, metro cards

Absolutely terrible. There’s no cohesion between bus companies, no central travel app, metro cards are only available in obscure places and no mobile metro travel card ticket wallet to use on transportation. Public transport in West Yorkshire is an absolute disgrace, so I use my car most times for reliability.

Is it fair that I wait 1 hour 40 minutes for number 42 on a cold October evening, with a 3year old?

Is it fair that I wait 1 hour 40 minutes for number 42 on a cold October evening, with a 3year old? No! Not happy at all. Buses have drove past with 'no service' written on them but at least send a bus every half n hour since we're paying so much for the bus fares!! Having to get a taxi after freezing outside for hours! Terrible, thoughtless company.
