A lot on offer despite all the building work. Elms Parade has a great selection of independents- florist , optician, butcher, dentist, dry cleaner, beautician to make a few. Also has a bank and right next door is the really big church hall at St Peter & St Paul which is used for martial arts, meetings and toddler groups. A lot on offer right on West Way.

Currently contains Co-op, Lloyd's Chemist, Seacourt Hall, Baptist Church, Branches, Manna, Chancellors and Tesco's SDC HQ and Library on the other side of Elms Court. Phase 2 will be built on this site later.
