Ok, bit old. Reasonable variety of shops. Including budgens, fish and chips, Chinese, Mac wines, banardos, newsagents, dentists NHS(terrible - said with experience of poor work), hairdressers and a green king meet & greet pub(very good for sports if busy go to boundary house which is round the corner and vice versa.
