Very good service. Friendly and helpful personnel. Nothing to do with Nissan London west on the A40. Since I have discovered the west way centre my experience with Nissan has completely changed. Well done.

Lovely dealership you get a very warm welcome When entering we were offered Tea/coffee the guy who was looking after us was friendly and extremely knowledgable and patient answering all our questions. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

Overall good but the sales guy who has dealing with me, had serious attitude issue. He wasted all the time of my appointment in asking irrelevant questions & he didn't even seen me at the agreed appointment time. I may still visit the dealership but Definitely not dealing with this guy again.

This was the first time obtaining a vehicle under the Motability scheme and i called Nissan and spoke to Allan. From the moment he discussed the scheme to going into the showroom to signing the paperwork to collecting the vehicle, Allan was absolutely helpful. I received updates and calls regularly from Allan and he was also always happy to answer any of the questions i had. Allan made this a very easy process for my mother and i and ensured we had the best customer service. Upon collection, Allan ensured i knew how to operate all the functions and was familiar with the vehicle. I even received a call a few days later to ensure all was well with my new vehicle. Thank you so much Allan! :)

If there was a '0' star than I would use it. I have raised 2 complaints (one on phone and one on email) with my treatment following a repair - that wasn't a repair - in July/Aug. I was charged for an a/c recharge that needed the same again after 5 weeks. Only to be told that they missed only 5 weeks before. I was not given the original fee back and they offered to fix the problem for over £500. Why would I pay for something that I already paid them for. I will never use this company again. Don't waste your time raising a complaint as they don't respond - ever!

Excellent Service over 11 years. I purchased my car in 2010 and since I have always had professional, courteous service from all the staff at Nissan west way. Thank you guys, can’t get this in this day and age. Kind Regards Mr S Joshi

I went there for a welcome check on my car. I bought a second hand car and I wanted to be sure that everything was fine. The day before I called the call centre to book an appointment, they choose date and time and they assure me the check was 30 minutes long. At my arrive this person came to me and asked me what I needed. He told me that I have to wait 2 hours. I waited an hour and I choose to leave. This person went to the back, took my car, give me the key and mentioned that he told me I had to wait 2 hours. When I was explained myself he walked away and waving his hand like to say "yeah yeah whatever" The worse customer service I have ever received

I've been taking my car here for the last 3 years for MOT and service and I've never had a problem and always been positive. My experience this has been really positive from one member of staff, which i didn't get his name, but he was Asian male with glasses and could possibly be a team leader. His service was excellent, very positive, very friendly and very helpful. I hope this feedback gets back to him as I feel he should be recognised for his hard work. I would also like to say the manager has also been a great help with my enquiries with a very friendly tone. I had my MOT and service on the 18/05/21. I forgot to fill in the survey from Nissan aftercare so I'm hoping this will be another way of Nissan passing positive feedback to the mentioned staff at the Hanwell, London branch.

To day i went to Nissan West London for my Nissan Leaf service. Staff was very polite especially the gentleman forgot his name in Customer service thorouh gentleman and friendly. After service he called me and I went to pickup my car he explained me car service report and and answered all my questions. Five Star
