Fast service, friendly guys working here. Easy to deal with and do the job well. There isn't really anything by way of parking for non residents/those without a permit so i suggest booking in advance as the parking restrictions operate between 8:30am and 4:30pm mon-sat.

The best garage in the area. Reasonable prices and great customer service. The staff is always happy to help and they do their job professionally every time. I feel safe going back and I know unnecessary work won’t be carried on my car ! I’m highly recommending to everyone that needs a reliable garage in the Richmond area.

Had a minor job to get done today, 06/10/19 but the manager and his team where brilliant.. Explained in detail what and why was wrong with the tyres and rims. Couldn't thank them enough.. I would definitely recommend the team at Richmond

Fixed within a day, a week before Christmas. Staff were friendly and helpful. One of them diagnosed and fixed another ongoing issue, free of charge. Excellent service, good value. Would strongly recommend.

Very polite & did a thorough job at a reasonable price. Tip: if you pre-order online the price may be lower/discounted than just turning up. Bought 2 tyres but all 4 were checked & inflated to recommended pressure. Only downside is the blaring music in the waiting room !
